Mutatsiya tekshiruvi: (a) scope -> org_node => PermissionsAndCurrenciesSeedMigrationTest:123 YIQILDI (expected tenant but was org_node); (b) qator olib tashlandi => PermissionGroupsAndItemsSeedMigrationTest:124 YIQILDI (owner da topilmadi). Ikkala yangi test tautologik EMAS; ish daraxti tiklandi (git diff bosh). 3 test fayli diff: faqat 135->136 va 01_suppliers 10->11 sanoq; hech qanday assertion olib tashlanmagan yoki yumshatilmagan; viewer=17 assertioni tegilmagan. viewer istisno royxati (R__permissions_groups_and_items_seed.sql, 10 kod) bu commitda umuman tegilmagan — fayl commitga kirmagan. partner uchun rule yaratilmagan. PermissionGroupsAndItemsSeedMigrationTest da ham owner=135->136 (fayl task tavsifida aytilmagan edi, lekin owner guruhi barcha active kodni hisoblagani uchun yangilanmasa test qizil bo'lardi). Yangi rule uchun 2 ta maxsus test qo'shildi (kod/modul/doira + owner bor/viewer yo'q). mvn -Dtest bilan 3 klass, 20 test -- barchasi yashil.
